Loch Lomond, Scotland
In August 2023, I swam the length of Loch Lomond, in western Scotland. The swim event was a 22 mile race.
WHAT MOITVATES ME?
In the past, I’ve swum to help kids in Afghanistan through Trust In Eduction. With much sadness, I recognize that instability will due to the Taliban makes reliably getting funds and support to schools and kids is very difficult. I’m hopeful that the kids who were educated prior to the return of the Taliban can make change and help others.
